Here is where we would get on a call, I would visit your kitchen, and then go back to my studio and develop up to 5 recipes for you, complete with plating notes and flavor profiles, all delivered to you in a digital format.
This package is perfect for those on tighter budgets, have existing teams who can execute or are working with me on this remotely.
Meaty
This package includes 2 site visits (including a maintenance one), up to 8 recipes, plating notes and flavor profiles, and an element of dish naming, story telling and menu writing.
This package is perfect for those who would like me to also work in tandem with contextualising and framing the menu.
The Full Sufra
In this package you can expect up to 10 recipes, onsite training with the staff, a tasting session held at my studio, support in ingredient sourcing, advanced plating notes (and interchangeable options), menu writing, social media photos, support in food styling for documentation and more.
This package is perfect for those who would need me to take up full residency in the restaurant until the menu has been completely ironed out.
It's hard for me to completely detach from a project once its complete, and so I offer more ways we can continue to work together.
